مرحباً بكم في ThakiTV. باستخدامكم لموقعنا أو تطبيقاتنا، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت هذه الشروط وتوافق على الالتزام بها قانونياً.

2. خدمات المتجر الرقمي

يقوم متجر ذكي الرقمي بتوفير اشتراكات وبطاقات رقمية. بمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء واستلام الكود أو تفعيل الخدمة، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاع المبلغ إلا في حال وجود عطل فني في الكود نفسه.

3. الاستخدام المشروع

يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية. المسؤولية الكاملة عن المحتوى الذي يتم تشغيله عبر الروابط الخارجية تقع على عاتق المستخدم.

4. الحسابات والاشتراكات

• يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعدم مشاركتها مع الآخرين.
• يحق للإدارة إيقاف أي حساب يثبت استخدامه بطرق غير قانونية أو مخالفة للأنظمة.

5. شروط اشتراكات Apple (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

عند شراء اشتراك متجدد تلقائياً عبر تطبيق ThakiTV على iOS، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:

• يتم الدفع عبر حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
• سيتم تحصيل رسوم التجديد من حسابك خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية، مع توضيح تكلفة التجديد.
• يمكن للمستخدم إدارة الاشتراكات وإيقاف التجديد التلقائي من خلال الذهاب إلى إعدادات حساب المستخدم (Apple ID Settings) بعد الشراء.
• لا يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك الحالي خلال فترة الاشتراك النشطة.
• تخضع جميع الاشتراكات لشروط استخدام Apple القياسية (EULA) المتوفرة على: رابط EULA.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية

نحن نوفر المنصة والوسيلة، ولسنا مسؤولين عن جودة أو استمرارية المحتوى المقدم من مزودي الخدمة الخارجيين.

6. التعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر الموقع.

Welcome to ThakiTV. By using our website or applications, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Digital Store Services

Thaki Digital Store provides subscriptions and digital cards. Once the purchase is completed and the code is received or the service is activated, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except in the case of a technical defect in the code itself.

3. Apple Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

When purchasing an auto-renewable subscription via the ThakiTV iOS app, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
• All subscriptions are subject to the standard Apple EULA available at: Apple EULA Link.
